Our focus
If you're dealing with a tough situation with your home, we may be able to help. We look at options like buying your home directly or creative approaches such as taking over the existing financing (often called "Subject-To").

No. We work with people with low credit, no credit and past credit problems. Your credit is just one part of the picture. Every situation is different, so tell us about yours and we’ll talk through what options may be available.

That’s not always the end of the road. Many of the people we talk with were turned down by a bank. Options may be available depending on the home and your situation. We can’t promise an approval, but we’re happy to look at it with you.
